Positive: Our stay in riverdale cottage was perfect! A great little trip away with the little ones. Owners were very lovely to deal with, property was extremely clean and decorated fabulously. Grounds surrounding the house are fabulous. We will definitely be returning.

Positive: A great property - it was clean and comfortable and welcoming, and well-equipped. John, the owner, was lovely and helpful. The house is in a good location, it’s quiet and peaceful but only a very short drive from town (you can even walk into town if you don’t want to take the car, but it’s about 45 minutes). Loads of lovely places to visit all within a short distance. Would definitely return!

Negative: Not a dislike as such, but it’s a shame that the two double rooms don’t have king size beds (rather than double) as the rooms are certainly big enough. Otherwise perfect!

Summary: Comfortable stay, great value, lovely location!

Positive: As a family of four, we really enjoyed our week at Riverdale Cottage and were above average satisfied. There is not a single point to criticize, but a lot to praise. It is clean, cozy, all furnishings in excellent condition. John in particular proved to be friendly and personable as the owner. We wish John all the best with the rental, especially that the guests take care of the house and John doesn't have to worry. All the best and „Auf Wiedersehen“ !

Positive: The property was spacious and comfortable for 6 people. It was clean, tidy, bright and well equipped. 0ur welcome pack exceeded what you would normally expect including tea, coffee, milk, bread, marg/butter,cakes, and a bottle of wine. We had a warm welcome from the owners and our privacy was respected, yet they were on hand if needed. We would not hesitate to book this property in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
